How is ILR at Cornell?

I have a few questions about ILR at Cornell. Firstly, what type of jobs do most people get afterwards with a ILR major (like investment bankers?, HR?, or pursue law?)? And secondly, is ILR worth the money and how does it rank as a school?

Would really appreciate the insight.

As far as the field of labor relations, HR, etc. is concerned, ILR is basically the best in the country.

ILR has amazing placement into HR jobs and law schools. For instance, I think ILR is the top feeder into Harvard Law School. Also, despite a non-quantitative workload, I believe the second most popular field for ILR grads is financial services, so you could pair your degree nicely with a Business minor. ILR is great for consulting as well.
