How is my schedule? I'm a freshmen Mech E major.

64515 UGS 303 Justice, Liberty, Happiness (Pangle)
54425 M 408C Differential And Integral Calculus (Heitmann)
17845 M E 205 Intro To Computers/Programming
34030 ECO 304K Introduction To Microeconomics (Hickenbottom)
32885 C C 302 Introduction To Ancient Rome (Ebbeler)

and I'm waitlisted for

17805 M E 302 Intro to Engineering Design and Graphics (Wood)
39170 HIS 315L US History Since 1865 (Stoff)
54320 M 408C Differential and Integral Calculus (Vick)

I think you should stick with 5 classes/15 hours. Don’t push yourself overboard during your Freshman semester.

Yes, I’m definitely sticking with 5 classes/15 hours. The waitlist classes are to replace the classes that I have now like I’m planning on switching profs for M 408C from Heitmann to Vick (and it seems pretty feasible since I’m number 2 on the waitlist!!! :D). And I’m trying to get rid of microeconomics so I really really hope that I get the history class to switch it with.

But how are these professors and classes?

Heard bad things about Hickenbottom.
Other than that, it looks good.

Will I do fine taking HIS 315L during my freshmen year? Also does anyone have a preference of professor for this class(Stoff, Miller, Restad, Seaholm?)

wait till the Spring semester to take Microecon with Dr. trejo or just take Econ at a CC if its not required for your major. If you’re just engineering, take econ at a CC.
