How late is too late to apply?

<p>Hello,</p>

<p>I'm interested in applying to UMass Amherst. The application deadline was April 15th. However, on their website, they state "Applications for fall admission are reviewed in the middle to late spring, with decisions usually sent out by the end of June".</p>

<p>As of today (May 24th), would I still have a chance of admission (not factoring grades or any other component, just applying after the deadline) for fall?</p>
