how likely?

im a white male living in chicago suburb
im applying to uic, uiuc, idiana, depaul, purdue, missouri, Michigan State
planning on majoring in finance or economics. Will apply to LAS then probably transfer into business. Porbably minor in philosophy
GPA - 2.5 (due to a very stressful and terrible junior year where i got a .3)
ACT- 28
AP's- 4 in Euro, taking Bio and Psych and will most likely get 4's
EC's- varsity football(11, 12 all conference), varsity lacrosse(10,11,12), Community basketball league(11,12), phone clerk at local pizza parlor(11)

I can get a good letter of rec from my counselor and can convincingly explain my junior year in an essay or something. What are my chances for these schools and what are some other schools that i may have a shot at. My number 1 is porbably Depaul

probably not likely at all if you had a 0.3 your JUNIOR year. Grades are solidly THE MOST important factor in getting into college. (what happened by the way?)
I think you might be better off starting in a two year colleges to get those grades up.
Sorry, just being honest
