S submitted his application on 9/29. We got an email confirming the receipt of application and the email said he will receive another email soon for an online id. So far nothing. Is it normal to take this long? It has been 10 days.

I emailed admissions about the same issue, and they replied by saying the online ID will be sent within two weeks. Personally, I received my user and PIN to the Student Status Page 12 days after I applied, which was deadline day. However, I have yet to receive my info for Spire. Has your s received that yet?
