im a canadian citizen living outside canada and am applying for university this year for the fall 2012 term. i've applied to Waterloo, Queen's and U of T. i've heard of people getting acceptances already, and was wondering how long it normally takes for each of these universities to reply/make an admission decision. thanks to anyone who can help

They usually reply starting from mid-March and end right before June, depending on your course of study, marks, and school.

oh okay, thank you!

It very much depends upon school, where you are located (in province, out of province, other country), which program, and the quality of the applicant (stronger ones finding out first).

If you visit student awards forum, a Canadian type of CC, you can see lots of kids have gotten acceptances to these 3 schools (the earliest was Queen’s which started offers in Jan 14th, and the U of T near end of January, the, but out of country and out of province seem to find out earlier. But offers will come in large batches in March and continue through May.

Hi, depends on the schools if they are rolling or not. I was accepted to Queen’s Commerce on Jan. 12 and Western on Jan. 18. It also depends where in the province u are (outside of Ontario or not). Good luck

Most offers are march to may, and even june to august

well hopefully i won’t have to wait for long and get my answers in march. all this waiting is killing me! also cliffhanger congrats! :)
