Hello, I recently retook my ACT to qualify for the Academic scholarship from BF. Before, I was receiving the Medallion. But now on my financial awards page on ISIS, not even the medallion is showing up. I'm worried because I sent my score to UF, which in turn sends in to BF. I took the April 13th 2013 ACT. Before all this however, my total awards exceeded my gross financial need. This is what's mainly worrying me. I called BF and they said that they have nothing to do with what UF takes or puts on their ISIS website, which I understand. But UF told me to contact BF because it's probable that I'm not on their "master eligibility list" as they called it. BF told me to wait because they just probably haven't received my score yet. But I'm just afraid that since my total awards exceeded the gross fin need(because now it doesn't exceed it. Now, my total awards is less than my gross need), that I'm just not going to receive any BF at all. If that was the case, I would have canceled a loan. Please please help me understand this. Thank you so much.

I just called uf and they have received my score. Does it take time to get to BF?

BUMP please

Bright Futures doesn’t look at any of your other financial aid. If you qualify based on your test scores, grades, volunteer hours etc, you get bright futures regardless of your financial situation.

Thank you for clearing that up!
