For verification how long has it taken for you to get a transcript after ordering it through mail? On the website it says 5-10 days but it was ordered 12 days ago and still has not arrived .
It is 10-15 BUSINESS days, so 3 weeks. I have received one in about 6 days, but it was not during tax season.
That’s odd since on the website it says 5-10 calendar days.
