When you dont list them as recipients, but request them to be sent later

From the ACT website:

Regular report
A complete report that's processed within one week after your request is received. ACT delivers these to colleges and agencies you've selected depending on their preferred schedule, at least every two weeks.

Rushed Report
Normally processed one working day after ACT receives your request and usually delivered three to four business days later.

From college board:
The easiest way to send additional scores is online. Your scores will be mailed about three weeks after you submit your request.

Once when I requested a regular score report for my SAT from Collegeboard, it was sent within a week.

It all depends.

I sent my ACT scores at the end of November, one school got it at the end of the first week of December. I assume all the others got it around that time as well (atleast I hope).

But as the other guy says, it all depends.

Collegeboard mass sends scores on January 10th.

I sent my SAT scores on the third, and they arrived at schools today...without doing rush delivery. I could have just gotten lucky, but if you're reluctant to rush them in case it does take three weeks, give the schools a call and ask if the arrival of scores after the deadline is acceptable.

I definately rushed mine on December 21st. The HISTORY OF SENT SCORES on the CB website definately says that they weren't sent until Decmber 29th.

I emailed colleges and they haven't received the report yet.

I WANT MY 26.50 BACK! but CB says no.

But yea... the Hampshire College guy i talked to said that they weren't received, and that my app had already had a first read... i was like WHAT. i mean... the deadline is the 15th... and they're ALREADY reading.

jeesh.

Regarding ACT scores--there can be a huge discrepancy in how quickly a school receives the scores, based on how the school elects to receive them fom ACT. I rush reported my son's scores on November 14, and some of the schools still didn't have them at the end of Nov. The scores were on-line that day; but don't get sent until the writing grade is complete, approx. a week later. Then there was Thanksgiving to add additional delay.

The ACT representative told me the school can elect to receive them electronically (quickest), on tape (slower), and a 3rd way, I forget, maybe paper.

All the schools, (9), did receive them, but there was a big time difference from the quickest to the slowest.

Are anyones Dec scores listed in the "sent scores" list? I listed some schools as recipients when I registered for the test and they still arent listed. Should I call?
