How long does it take for medical schools to fill their classes?

It seems most medical schools state that they use rolling admissions, and strongly recommend that all applicants apply early.
So how long does it take for them to fill their classes? Is there a general cut-off date by which if you haven't gotten an interview you probably won't get in? In other words, at some point are you interviewing for a spot on the wait-list at best?

Yes. Will vary from school to school and year to year. Some schools will tell you on interview day what the deal is. If not, you could ask.

In many schools, there are more qualified candidates that spots to interview them. If one does not apply early, you may simply miss the opportunity to be interviewed (and thus, will not get in). Apply early, early, early!!!

Most of them won’t admit it but any interviews in Feb and march will be for the last few spots or the waitlist (at a rolling school). Doesn’t mean u can’t get in but don’t be surprised if u go automatically to the waitlist.

Yeah most schools fill their classes pretty quickly - but don’t worry too much about that, because the waitlist will move (sometimes quite a bit) after people have to drop to one acceptance.
