How Long does Michigan Take to send acceptances/rejections?

Hi, I applied EA to Michigan on October 27 and I’m getting really anxious about when they will notify me?

Does anyone have a rough estimate of how long they take?

Last year there were a lot of deferrals because of the volume of applications, so don’t hold your breath.

The website just said by December 24, but I thought that they were rolling so there might be a chance that it would be earlier. I was just wondering. Thanks

Earlier by a week or so. Michigan rolls out acceptances over the course of a week or so, starting around December 15 until December 23 or so. Do not expect anything before December 15. The time of release is not related to whether or not you are admitted, deferred or rejected.

Usually, the announcement starts on the Friday of the week before Christmas. Most EA applicants will be deferred to RD and then the admission notice will be in rolling. Rejection notice of RD will come out later.
