how long for decision

<p>hello...I applied to Rutgers and all of the necessary materials have been received. When should I expect a decision?</p>

<p>4-6 weeks is the usual but apparently it also depends on your credentials. my one friend got accepted the day they got his transcript and another got accepted into the honors program within a week. the latter was at the top of her class and the one who got accepted the same day only had around a 3.5 weighted GPA. go figure</p>

<p>All my necessary credentials have been in for a few weeks now. So I'm getting kinda worried. It just says my application is in process still. How about you Yankees?</p>

<p>Yeah. I too sent my stuff in weeks ago (or maybe it just feels like weeks because I'm so anxious?) and still haven't received a decision. What's required anyway? Just application, transcript, SAT, and fee, right?</p>

<p>i've heard that rutgers doesn't start considering applications til sometime in october or november.</p>

<p>those two applicants i was talking about were from last year and the year before.</p>

<p>Rutgers27- I applied a few weeks ago and all my necessary documents were received around a week or so ago, so it hasnt been too long.</p>

<p>From my experience, it varies a bit. I got mine (two years ago) in about a week or a little more than that while other people I know found out in four. I wouldn't think it'd take more than six weeks though, or at least not much more than that if it did.</p>

<p>I don't know of anyone that's gotten one yet though.</p>

<p>my friend just got accepted yesterday. he had an 1890 SAT but he's in the top ten of his class so he got accepted within 5 days of RU receiving his transcript.</p>

<p>Damn my stats aren't that high and they've had my transcript awhile. snap. Did he/she get a letter in the mail or just check their status online.</p>

<p>my gpa is average for rutgers but my SAT/SATII scores are really high so idk. they should get my transcript sometime next week</p>

<p>from my hs, which is top ranked in NJ, it's a 3.5, weighted - but that's because everyone in the school applies there as a safety so it's a lil inflated. the average sat score is a 19something</p>
