i applied on Nov. 27th and i was wondering how long the average wait for a response is… one of my friends applied the same day and she got it Dec 10th…im just worried do y’all think ill get it soon
My son applied October 14 and was accepted almost exactly a month later. The acceptance came in a large junk mail type envelope and almost got thrown out. If you don’t hear in a couple of weeks I’d call.
I applied on Oct 30th and still haven’t received a decision. @OspreyCV22 what major did he apply to?

They sent three postcards today, each slightly different, encouraging him to go to http://ugradaccepted.vcu.edu They haven’t sent anything else other than a happy holidays email and emails about good things VCU is doing. He’s accepted at another school with honors and still waiting for five other schools. I just went to the link and it’s the accepted students site.
I’m having a worse time waiting for acceptances than he is.
My son applied 11/15 for engineering. Hasn’t received a decision. He emailed asking if a decision had been made because we thought we’d, no scratch that, I’d thrown out the envelope. They said a decision hadn’t been made. This email was right before the holidays.
I received my acceptance letter last week, about 12 weeks after I submitted my application. I applied OOS to VCUarts so it might take longer for those sort of applications! Best of luck to everyone else who applied!
