I’m still working on mine, trying to cut it down. Mine is 683 words (yikes!). Did you like the essay topic? I thought it was hard to write a compelling essay but hopefully I’ll manage to pull it off…

Mine is about 550, but I still want to add to it. Honestly, I don’t like the question at all. I have written two paragraphs and the second paragraph is longer and it talks about why I love Bowdoin and what I’m looking for. I don’t know what to write about lol.

Mine was 750, but it reads fast. As long as your supp essay is interesting (and even funny) the Admissions Counselors won’t care.

Mine was 616 words but pretty quick also. Personally, I didn’t like the topic much–I felt that it was hard to write an interesting essay that showed part of my personality. My advice would be to approach the topic from a non-traditional angle. Like, don’t just say I took lots of AP classes and did well on my SAT/ACT and I am involved in certain organizations–maybe write something funny or witty and be sure that it’s memorable :)

one million words long

584, after being cut down from 650. I seriously can’t get rid of any more. I hope it’s not a huge deal.

390…eh, but I think I got the point across

im starting it right now. can u give me some advices?
