What do people usually do that are going for their MBA? Do they try to get into a grad school right after they get their bachelors if they have the experience and grades?

usually work for 3-5 years before getting an MBA

It fully depends on the student's situation, but most take some time to acquire work experience and move up in their career to a point that an MBA is helpful.... as a student who is 2 semesters away from graduating, I couldn't imagine going straight into an MBA program... or any graduate program for that matter... my brain needs a break.

one usually accumulates solid work experience wherein one can exhibit leadership...

Try to find a job after the BA/BS degree that will help pay for your MBA.

yeah he should probably try to get a job as an analyst right? thats probably a good idea

It depends on your g.p.a.Lower g.p.a means longer work experience
