^^^^u must have absolutely no social life

are you serious???
i really hope you're kidding

haha im pretty sure he just went onto the collegeboard website and copied and pasted all the ap classes....advice to aigiqnif:dont take all those...that would be stupid and you would not be considered well rounded by colleges. do what u enjoy

Geez, my school doesn't offer APs until senior year, and we are limited to three! Seriously, 13?

AP Literature
AP Psychology
AP Calculus

aigiqinf-
"CS A (hopefully to help get state scholar.)
CS AB
Psych-self study
Stats
Cal BC
Cal AB (Just because I hope to get state scholar)"
If you take Calc BC you get a score for AB and a score for BC(same with CS A and AB I think), so if you want to free up a little room in your schedule for a couple more AP classes you should just take the second-year courses :)

How old are you? I'm not like most people who think that APs are especially difficult, but if you're a sophomore you'll be taking... nine a year? my school only has seven periods and we need to take gym, fine arts, and health. Plus do you have the background in all of those languages to believe you can get a quality grade on all of them... only grades of 3 or higher count and you need a 3.5 avg. on all exams with a tie. GET REAL!!!

justbumming-
if you can only take those three I wouldn't suggest taking Psychology unless you're really interested in it. Supposedly, its a hard test with little respect from colleges (according to my counselor and AP Psychology teacher.) I think taking a science would be better IMO. But whatever floats your boat.

I'm taking it now Dave, but thanks for the advice! I'd like to do psych with a neuroscience concentration in college, so I figured psych would look good for that. It's pretty interesting though.

Wow, and I thought I had a strenuous work-load. My school only offers five. :/

European History (10th)
United States History (11th)
Govt. & Politics (12th)
Calculus AB (12th)
English Lit. (12th)

(Just so you people know, I was kidding)

I haven't taken any yet, I'm a freshman.

Next year though, I'm taking 1)World, 2)Bio, 3)Physics

Junior Year I'll probably take 6 AP's same thing with senior year.

Doesn't AP physics require calculus? or is it just the class taught at my school?

^
AP Physics B doesn't require calculus typicallly

To be serious though:

Freshman:
AP Art History
Sophomore:
AP Cal BC online
AP CS AB online
AP Psych online
AP Government and Politics US

Junior and senior depend on whether I get accepted at a magnet school.

If I don't, I'll probably end with about 12-14 (14-16 if I take CS A and Cal AB tests to try for state AP scholar) That will max me out of everything offered around here.

If I do: I'll probably end with 16ish... plus many post AP classes... which will max me out. (18 if I take CS A and Cal AB tests to try for state AP scholar)

Sophomore (this year): 0
Junior: Hopefully 2, definitely 1
-AP US History
-AP English Language
Senior: 4, hopefully, maybe 5?
-AP Government and Politics
-AP English Literature
-AP Calculus
-AP Environmental Science
-Spanish IV Honors (?)

They don't offer a lot of AP's in my school, and not any until Junior year (and then only two). Also, Spanish IV Honors ends with an AP exam but is not considered AP for some odd reason. AP World History used to be offered to sophomores until the department head decided it was better suited to Seniors. It was replaced by Global II Honors.

alginqif, that's ridiculous. you gotta get out more. taking 3 online AP's sophomore year.

AP US History
AP English Lit
AP Physics B
AP English Lang
AP Chinese

AP Calculus AB

so yea 6 for me

Actually, it's 4. Honestly, I do get out. I have a lot of EC's, I do fun things... I'm also thinking about starting a part time job next year before school. (7am-10am FTW!) I wouldn't call it easy, but it's a lifestyle. Around here though, this is very ridiculous. Everyone here would faint if a state school accepted them, very few people aim high, and no one has ever (To my knowledge) taken an AP class in their freshman year in my county.

Biology
Human Geo
Lit
US History
Lang
French

Not nearly as many as everyone else.

i'm just a jr so han't taken the tests yet but by the time i graduate i will have taken 4 of 5 we offer because i am not good enough @ math for calculus :(

I'm taking the only three my school offers this year (bio, history, english) and next year I'll be taking the only two for seniors (calc., and lit)

by the end of high school i think ill have 12-14.
