How many AP's?

My high school offers 11-12 ap's and I am planning to take only five. Is that too little for Harvard?

For those who were accepted, how many Ap's did you take?

Thanks

According to a Harvard information session, the typical applicant takes 4 AP's at a school that offers as many as 25 different courses.

I took eight, I think, but it's so arbitrary really as there isn't an AP test to correspond to every higher-level high school class you might take, and some of the APs are kind of silly (I never understood the concept of an AP English class when the test is not designed to correspond to a particular curriculum)--just take the most demanding courseload you can in the courses you like, and don't stress over whether a course is labelled "AP" unless you're planning to graduate from college in fewer than four years.
