How many days before the term starts are we supposed to arrive?

<p>I'm transferring to UCLA and the website says</p>

<p>Quarter begins: September 23
Instruction begins: September 26</p>

<p>I've looked online for the answer but I can't seem to find it. I'm curious because my birthday is on the 15th and I want to know if I'm expected to be at UCLA by then. Thanks for any help</p>

<p>If you live on campus move in is from sept 20-22.</p>
