Like 8 1/2 hours if I’m lucky, 7 1/2 if I’m not.

On school nights, I’m lucky to get 6 with homework and marching band. On the weekends, I get about 7 because of marching band.

School nights = 6-7
Weekends = 10-12.
I usually use my weekends to “recover” my lost sleep from the school days :P

M-F: 11PM to 6AM (7hrs)

Weekends: 9 hrs

Weekend. 9-11 hrs. Weekdays: 7-8 hrs.

Weekdays: 6.5 - 8 hrs.
Weekends: 9+ hrs

During school, 4 hours of sleep.

it really depends on how much work i get, but i would say an average of 8-9 hours, so no complaints :)))

My DD goes to swim practice 3 times a week (mon-Wed-Fri) arriving home 7pm totally ready for bed! She sleeps 7:30pm-5am, and since she is going to be a highschool freshman this fall, I am worried about her study time and coping with a demanding course load. Has anybody had any similar experience?

@Aljubail One of my good friends is on our high school’s swim team, and he goes to practice nearly every day. He’s also in choir with me and made All-State last year. This year, as a Junior, he’s taking 4 APs and an Honors class, and he’s a straight A student. Do I know how he does it? Absolutely not. But what I do know is that he has a lot of discipline, and he also knows what’s important to him. Your DD might have to cut back on some sleep in order to make room for homework. With passion comes sacrifice.

3-6 during the school year

My name is Ryan Rossi and I’m sleep deprived. 5-6 hour on weekdays.
