How many hours of sleep do you get a night?

Assuming school has started, of course.

I'm averaging about 6 and a half on weekdays and Sunday and maybe 9 hours on Friday and Saturday.

8-10, because I’m a f------ rockstar.
But one of my friends gets like, 10 hours of sleep for like, every 4 days :|

well I usually get 9-12 hours and then at least 12 on the weekend, like on friday I slept 14 hours

I have a large sleep debt built up, and I don’t much care to fix it since I’m starting college and I would rather just be used to it rather than fix it and then feel horrible again. Soo…my sleeping habits suck. 4 or 5 a night, usually. Sometimes up to 7 or 8, sometimes none.

Six or seven on a good night, five on a rough night. Less if I’m talking to someone.

But now I have a late arrival, so hopefully more.

About 6 hours b/c of work, ECs and a full AP/Honors coursework __

Ha. Sleep. What a joke :P

I’m extremely sleep deprived, as in, it’s-not-even-funny-anymore-deprived.

So I’ve just started my 4 AP class course load, I work everyday from 9-2 ish and I tutor in the evenings. The bulk of my studying these days is done from 4 am to 9, and I go to sleep…just about at quarter to one today!! Which means an average of 3-4 hours of sleep every night :frowning:
Weekends maybe about 6 or 7. Ugh.

during the school year, about 5 hours a night- i don’t have too much work, just trouble getting to sleep. not a huge deal though, i can operate fine on 4 or more hours, it’s just when i get below 3 that it’s tough.

It probably averages around 4 or so, with more during the weekends.

Last year my average was 5 hours/night, not because my schedule was that rigorous; rather due to procrastination.

I intend to have an average of 6 hours/night this year, WITHOUT procrastinating.
APs + ECs = not much time to sleep :x

4

5-6 if you count the school day… :P

4-5 during school nights, and maybe 4th period.

On weekends and breaks, it shoots up to 13 hours.

Like most, I can toss in 2-3 more hours if I cut back on procrastinating, Internet, and video games. Hw doesnt take longer than the actual class (usually).

Insomnia is terribble for me- I have to listen to music, white noise, or hypnosis tracks to sleep on bad nights. Other times I listen to CNN or read Plato on my iPod.

Around 5 hours… Not necessarily because of schoolwork.

6 hours on schooldays and about 8 on weekends. But now I’m going to be working this year. I dont get off work till 10 on weekdays…plus I have AP’s and extracurriculars…looks like this year i wont be getting that much sleep

During school, generally around 6.

Still a couple weeks of summer left, so I’m getting about 7-9.

Not enough since I’m up already…

in high school during the week i would get usually around 7 -8
now that I am in college during the week I may get 5-7.

I usually get 7-8 on days when I don’t have swim practice. Other days, maybe 5.

Last year I got between 7 and 8, I usually try for 8 but I’m in insomniac so it’s hard, sometimes I’ll get closer to 5 or 6 if I can’t sleep.

During school I usually sleep for 7 - 8 hours and on the weekends I sleep for like 9 - 10 lol.
