<p>Anyone know how many you would need assuming you do decent essays and dbqs?</p>
<p>I believe it’s approximately 70-75% of the questions which is about 56-60 out of 80 questions correct.</p>

<p>yeah, that definitely is with the assumption that your essays are good. When I took it last year, I think MC must’ve killed me cause I thought my essays were good, but the graders never fail to surprise me. (I got a 4)</p>

<p>yeah, 7-9. My average in class was a 7, but I figure the AP graders could be different. Of course on the MC, my teacher’s questions were actually harder, so yeah. ^^;</p>
<p>Assuming the curve doesn’t fluctuate much from year to year, you need a raw score of ~120/180 to get a 5. Aim for a 60/80 raw score on the MC and at least 6 on the essays.</p>
