<p>hmm for my school i am the only one going to a Ivy in years Just about everyone else is Going to the University of Alaska Anchorage, or University of Alaska Fairbanks. <p>I am not going to the best school out of all of my peers, but I'm going to one of the few respectable ones.</p>
<p>The majority of students in my grade are going to community colleges. Some are going to CUNYs. Very few are going to SUNYs (maybe 6? the rest didn't get in). A select few are going to virtually unknown private colleges. :)</p>
<p>Jesus, I think our valedictorian is going to MIT. The top 10% go to UT Austin. And a few other small and expensive schools.</p>
<p>And the kids after that go to community colleges.</p>
<p>Top 10% of my school is off to Ivies, Duke, Northwestern, Georgetown...that kinda thing. </p>
<p>The last graduating Combination class (top English and History class, about 20 students that year) had a Princeton, University of Chicago, Yale, Hopkins...and a lot of kids going to UMD on full scholarships + spending money.</p>
