I took the AP test and the multiple choice didn't ask too many questions about the Reagan to Bush administrations... is the subject test the same?

Also, I've heard the subject test has more specific questions. Is that true, and if so, what kind of questions are there? Cause if it's anything like "exactly what year did this obscure event take place," I'm screwed :/. I got a 5 on the AP exam so I was feeling confident until I heard that the subject test was pickier with its questions....

I got a 5 as well, and a 730, but I took the Subject test as I was studying for the AP exam. For the most part, the questions are pretty similar, but yeah, some subject test questions might be more oriented about the details of the event rather than the way it affected society. The subject test had some questions that were nearly identical to questions from released past AP exams.

There should be few questions about 1980-present, maybe less than 5 or 6, but I’m not positive.

They typically include a lot of JFK/Carter/Reagan type stuff for that portion. So I’d just know the basics and they should have more than 6 or 7 questions on them.
