<p>Youi can splurge and send it Priority Mail for under $4.00 or put 2 or 3 stamps on. This should be your biggest concern.
Better hurry before the cost of a stamp increases at midnight!</p>

<p>wow you guys are jerks. i genuinely don't know how many stamps to put on it. so if you're applying to SUNYs, just answer the question. I feel like every post should have a disclaimer from now on.</p>

How about a research project that you can include in your app; " the postal service role in college admissions".</p>

<p>Our college recommends 4 envelopes for ALL Apps. You need about three, but 4 just in case. Hope that answers your question! =)</p>
