<p>Just out of curiousity, does anyone know how many students auditioned this year and how many are accepted to yield a certain number? Also, how many are wait listed?</p>
<p>Well, I’m on the wait list. I really want to go, though. This is the only BFA I applied for.</p>
<p>Not sure the numbers for this year, but last year 560 auditioned and the freshman class is 19.</p>
<p>That is good information, but what I think the OP really wants to know is how many students were accepted, and how many were wait listed to get to a yield of 19 students.</p>
<p>Although I don’t know the exact numbers, I received my acceptance letter into the program yesterday and it said that they accept less than 3%.</p>
<p>This year around 700 auditioned. They accept few and try to work off a wait list to get the class size they want. When we visited late March they had so far accepted 13 girls and 10 boys, but there were still 2 more audition dates.</p>
