I just slept in my Spanish class three times now lol. Not that the lectures are too important, but this is the last time I'm going to schedule 8 a.m. classes!

None =P
I’ve been doing surprisingly well with getting up to my alarm clock. But I agree with you–no more 8am classes next quarter.

Only once this semester- but I had reeeaaally bad allergies (which I usually never get), so I took a Benadryl and slept it off for awhile.

Other than that, I try to show up. It looks bad not to, especially when the class is fairly small.

I’m usually fine in the mornings. It’s that 2:00 feeling in the afternoon that gets me every time. It’s probably because I got religious studies class from 1-2, and that class is pretty much synonymous with history (BLEH :p). I didn’t learn a single freaking thing since we finished reading Exodus. (We just got into the NT) I’m the only one struggling to stay awake, and I think the professor knows. Good thing it’s a p/f for me

I did today, and maybe 5 other times

No 8am classes for me and I would like to keep it that way for the next 3 years. I know that is probably highly unlikely. lol

Although next semester I will be commuting via county bus system so I will probably be getting up around 6am to make sure I’m on time for a 9am class. I’ve noticed that I’m more of an early person now than a night since I came to college.

Never. But then, I’m the teacher.

:P

^ well then you should do it more often. students will applaud you for that

Zero. I have slept through my 10 am Monday class, though. It’s a lot easier to get up at 8 am on Tuesday than to get up at 10 am on Monday.

I had a 9AM class last semester I went to a total of three times. Attendance was pretty optional though, I still did well in the class. I won’t sign up for anything earlier than 10 because I know I won’t go.

I can work pretty early though (I go in at 8:30 every day). I think it’s because I’m more motivated to go to work than to class lol, I feel like attendance at work matters more.

Never, but I once had a memory lapse and skipped an 11AM class, thinking it was at 12 PM. This was probably due to lack of sleep…so same thing. -_-

I slept through my 9am class today. Not my proudest moment.

None. I was late to my 8 am for the first time on Monday. And then I was late to my other 8 am for the first time yesterday.

But there are only 9 and 6 classes each of those respectively, so I think I’m okay.

I’m surprised to say I’ve never slept through a class, although I’ve definitely woken up five minutes before class and then been late. Still, I can’t wait until spring, when I won’t have class til 10.

Only once this semester. My chemistry class has a random meeting at 8am on Thursdays, and a completely reasonable time on MWF’s. I ended up turning my alarm off while I was half asleep and going back to bed. It was glorious :D

My school has classes start on the :30, and I have one 8:30 class, which I’ve only slept through once. It’s a 14 person class, so it’s pretty obvious when someone misses.

I had an 8AM last semester and missed it maybe three times. I figured I had to get to school anyway so I might as well show up.

I commuted which actually made it a little easier since I didn’t have distractions keeping me up all night like I do now.

I sleep through every single one of my classes and discussions… even if it’s in the evening T_T

I’m signed up for ECON spring semester and I am seriously contemplating on just not taking it because I don’t want to risk skipping lectures. I want to just sign up at the beginning of my sophomore year since I’ll be able to sign up for classes earlier and get in for the afternoon times…OR I could just wait it out until the first week of school comes along and try and snag a spot when people start to drop.

None.

8 AM’s really don’t bother me.
