Just out of curiousity, how much are interviews worth typically for the Ivy League and other selective universities?? Is there a site with the breakdown of everything??
Thanks everyone! Fell free to post your interview questions here too!

<p>"worth" is an extremely relative term. there are no percentages for any of these schools; admission is very subjective (i.e. grades aren't 50% of the decision, etc.). in spite of this, interviews are more important at certain ivies (namely harvard and dartmouth) and not as important at others. a bad interview will not kill you (unless you totally bomb it), but an awesome interview has the potential to put you over the top in terms of admission. just make sure you are prepared with questions to ask your interviewer. good luck.</p>
<p>what i heard is kinda diff. yale says their interviews are more actually competitive even though they love to coat it like 'it's just for the sake of getting to know you more bla bla bla', the 'contact meeting' of cornell really doesnt matter, but a bad interview could really screw up the chances.</p>
