<p>Assuming I get accepted, how much can I get if I am a Michigan resident, 0 EFC (family income way less than 20K), immigrant + somewhat unusual background (war...).
Scores are not so great but I will apply to as many scholarships as I can.

<p>If you meet the in state requirements, you will probably get the M-pact grant that lately has covered everything, minus personal expense (work-study). You likely won’t need scholarships, unless your EFC goes up. They will audit you though.</p>
<p>This just sounds too good to be true. I sincerely hope you are right. I just hope I get accepted fist. xD</p>
<p>The one thing I’m not sure about is, due to the budget cuts, if the pell grant will be around and if not, whether the m-pact will cover that or if it’ll be replaced by loans.</p>
