How much can I raise my GPA?

I’m a freshman and my school goes off of a 100 point scale but can convert to a 4.0 scale too. I am finishing my first semester with a 94/3.73. I have another semester of school in which I hope I’ll get 95+. If I do get a 95 and above the next semester and over the next few years, by how much can my GPA change? I want to reach a 3.9-3.95. Is it possible? I heard its hard to change your GPA after your freshman year.

If you get a 95/100 for the next 7 semesters, your GPA would be a 94.875 at graduation
If you get a 100/100 for the next 7 semesters, your GPA would be a 99.25 at graduation

If you get a 4.0 (all As) for the next 7 semesters, your GPA would be a 3.966 at graduation.

This is assuming you take the same amount of classes each semester and these are unweighted GPAs.

Its certainly possible; work hard, learn from your mistakes, and good luck.

@snowfairy137 thanks!

It’s just simple arithmetic. Since you said your goal is to attend Stanford or Berkeley, you should be able to figure this out on your own. Set a spreadsheet if it makes it easier for you. Best of luck with everything!
