So…I did horribly bad on my ACT writing scores, and I am applying to UCs. How much do the ACT writing scores matter for the admissions? Applying to bottom-mid tier UCs.

What about international students who are applying for UCs? Do I necessarily need a higher composite? Heard from someone that its more competitive for international students 
My composite is 32 btw, just wondering what are my chances!
