At the risk of sounding like I just need to study (I do, but whatever), how important are the two IB junior scores for colleges? If I already have a 1530 SAT will these scores really affect admissions too much?

I think the specific scores will not matter that much–they value your entire application (leadership, well roundedness, etc) more than just two scores. So if you don’t do well, there’s no need to worry.
