<p>I'm looking to transfer to NYU Stern for my junior year, but the price is very high, and I'm kinda scared on taking out an $80,000 loan. Any one want to share how much they pay?</p>

<p>work study allotments are not credited to your account, they just mean you can earn money while you study at nyu through on-campus jobs. you would have to earn the money and then pay your bills out of pocket with the money you earned. (i hope youre not factoring that in your bill, otherwise youre going to end up 900 short sueinphilly)</p>
<p>For the year, $3500 out of pocket, $5000 in Perkins/Stafford loans. The rest is covered by scholarships/grants. I also got $4000 in work-study.</p>
