@gigichuck Initially, I sent 30 ACT, and they probably considered this score. However, about a week before the decision, I got my new score back, and it happened to be 33. Subjects 710, 720, 760. GPA 5/5. I am an international student.

i have been accepted into a university but do not know how to access/ check my financial aid. i have tried contacting them but to no avail. And i have to confirm my enrollment before 1st may. please how do i access my financial

@brempong How did you try contacting them? Email? did you call them? Did you get any letters?

Oh wow. Would you mind asking them to share their profile here? UChicago is a dream for me, i’d love to know how they managed to get in with that much aid.

Can we revive this thread, please? International students just drop your stats, university and how much aid. It’d be really helpful

I’m at Yale and receive ~$40k/year of need-based aid (Ivies only have need-based aid). When I was applying, I was also offered ~20k/year at Penn.

What were your stats (GPA & SAT) and your country of origin(you don’t have to say this if you don’t want to)

Stats (did not influence my financial aid since it was need-based, aside from being high enough to be accepted):
GPA: ~95/100
SAT I: 2320 (800 M, 800 CR, 720 W)
SAT II: Math II (800), Chem (800), Bio M (800)

And country of origin was Canada. Which is quite relevant for Penn since it is only need-blind/full-need for North Americans.
