Is it around $450?

500 for admissions.
300 for housing (with 1000 due later).

I thought the deadline passed though..

damn. that's the most yet! lol

I got off the waitlist, so I might go..

Gotcha, can't tell you anything about when your deadline would be.

It's a lot of deposit but it goes against your housing/tution and with the financial aid the way it is, it's really a really small percentage of what you'd have to pay..

yeah, I'm aware of that....

is everyone at NYU rich or something? How does everyone pay the astronomical tuition?!

Many, and most pay close to it. NYU's % of students on FA is obviously stacked by tons of people getting not so much. Just make friends that don't spend every night blowing $50.

Do many students have time for that? How many students (on average) have to mostly study at night? Few? Half? Most? Just curious.

Probably depends on the school.

lol what about CAS?

vossron - there's some students that just don't care. There are plenty of kids here that rarely do their work and just stagger through college. As with every school, there's immature brats who drink/smoke weed every night. For one of my projects my partner stumbles in completely stoned (wednesday night).

Overall I'd say most students here at diligent though. I think it's Gallatin that has the greatest percentage of wishy-washy students, but that may just be school bias (I'm in Stern). That's not to say we're all backbreaking students either, the aforementioned stoner was a fellow Sternie...
