Well, if I recall from the numbers they give on the website, it’s about $4,000 a year for FL residents ($2,000 a semester), and around $20,000 a year for out of state ($10,000 per semester). Since you’re an in-state student and let’s assume that Bright Futures pays exactly the amount it should, they will send you $1,500 a semester. So you would be missing $500 per semester but your $10,000 scholarsip will be divided into $1,250 per semester so that should cover the gap completely, plus the rest you can spend on books. Basically you’re set with a nice full ride to UCF, assuming you’re in-state and live close to UCF. If you live a further away like me then you also will need some more money for dorms. Good luck! :)

That is odd though that you received Pegasus Gold… Maybe they look for a 590 Reading, because I got a 580 Reading, 670 Math, and a 610 Writing with a 3.9 UW GPA and I only got Silver.

you’re right knightforum. I’m confused as well Moksha, which are your actual stats? If you only have 75% BF then there’s no way this one can be right: “SAT: 720 Math 680 Writing 690 Reading” =/

And knightforum, now I’m lost since i’m not sure what moksha’s actual stats are, but if someone with lower scores than you got a higher UCF scholarship it might have had to do with when you each applied. Your score certainly is good but if you didnt apply early enough there might not have been enough funds left to give you a Gold. It’s a pretty unlikely that better test scores will result in them upgrading your scholarship at this point since funds are probably low or out, but hey its worth a shot anyways.

Oh lol well your stats fall quite a bit short for the colleges you listed in the other thread, but by no means are you imcompetent. Your got into UCF, AND have several scholarship offers. By my book that makes you pretty smart and successful so far.
