I sent a document to Penn's office today through priority mail. Based on previous experiences with USPS, it will probably arrive tomorrow. This is probably a very dumb question, but I will ask it anyway. Does Penn's Admissions Office have some form of mailbox/drop-off box for sent packages/documents? I have heard that if USPS does not successfully deliver a package, they will leave a note informing the recipient to pick up the mail. If they do that, I will probably be in a disadvantageous position since it will give them additional hassle, right? By the way, I am a transfer applicant.
