<p>Ok…here is the situation…</p>
<p>My counselor put mys chool report, profile, transcript stuff into a small envelope in which all the stuff are folded…then i put this small envelope into 9*12 big UPS envelope as well as my signature forms…unfolded…</p>
<p>My concern is will Penn officers only pull out the unfolded signature form and forget there is a thin small envelope inside??? I am so anxious…</p>

<p>question is how did you manage to send out the school report,etc. yourself. Your counselor should have been the one to send it otherwise Penn may suspect that you filled out the school report.</p>
<p>I want to send it through express mail which cannot be processed in the small school envelope...so i put that small school envelope into UPS big one....its like a double case</p>
<p>They will let you know if your application is complete or items are missing by a certain date (for ED, it was 11/15, not sure about RD)</p>

<p>Wait.. if something is hypothetically missing by a certain date, do you get an opportunity to send a copy or something?</p>
