How much will my grades influence BME?

<p>I am a rising high school senior.</p>

<p>I took AP Biology in my Junior year, but due to my somewhat rigorous schedule, I got Bs both semesters (they were really borderline too..). However, I got a 5 on the AP test and a 780 on the SAT subject test.</p>

<p>How much will this factor into my chances into a good BME school (like JHU and Duke)? I have decent/above average stats otherwise. </p>

<p>Did you get B’s because you didn’t work hard enough, or because you legitimately couldn’t keep up with a “rigorous” high school schedule?
BME is a major best saved for grad school by the way. Jobs for undergrads are few and far between and BME BS -> BME Grad narrows your options in quite a few ways.</p>
