I'm a NJ resident, just finished my first semester at a PA college.

My efc is zero, but I have to pay $10,000 a year at this college (including books) and I don't even live in a dorm so there's even more $ I have to pay for rent + food. I haven't found a job either (I've applied to over a hundred places!) and I feel bad making my parents take it out of their savings. Now, I love the education I'm getting here but I feel like if I went to a state school I would have had it much easier. Living off-campus isn't too fun either.

If I were to transfer to Rutgers, how much money would I get in grants & scholarships?
I'm a minority, 1800+ SAT score, 3.9 GPA in high school.

Also, are there any other options I could take?
