How realistic are these colleges

Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone could help let me know how realistic my college choices are, because I'm seeing a lot of conflicting info. I know every application is different, and I am not looking for a "chance" thread where you guys tell me exactly how likely I am to get in to a certain school, but I do want to know if my top colleges are out of my league.

Here's my top colleges (none of my safeties here)-
-UVA
-U of Richmond
-Loyola University (Maryland)
-UNC at Chapel Hill
-Cornell (I have a pretty strong legacy here)
-NYU
-Rice
-Tulane

Here's some info about me:
- Junior in HS
- Public, New Jersey HS, above average but not outstanding school. We typically send a handful (3-15) kids to top colleges every year, and a number of kids get into good, but not top, schools
- 375 kids in my grade, I'm top 10%
- 4.71 weighted GPA at end of sophomore year (around a high 3.6, low 3.7 UW I believe.) I haven't done as well this year, more B+s then As, but I have 3 AP classes (APUSH, Eng. Lang., and Psych). Plan to take 4-5 more APs next year, although I do have a blowoff class on my schedule.
- Pretty rigorous schedule. About 90% or so of the max toughness my school allows. I will have 7-8 AP classes by graduation, and only 1 non-Honors or AP academic class in all 4 years.
- 205 PSAT, just got a 1480/2260 SAT on the March test, my first time taking it (780 CR and Writing, 700 Math)
- Taking 4 AP Exams this year (Both English, APUSH, and Psych), and I am confident I will get at least a 4 on all of them- and quite possibly 5s on all of them

-Essays will not be a problem. Every year my teachers across the board tell me I am one of the best, if not the best, writer in the class (and since those are all Honors and APs, that puts me at the top of the grade.) My English teacher last year told me that in her multiple decades of teaching, I am one of the best writers she has ever come across. Not to sound like I'm bragging, but for some reason I am blessed with an exceptional ability to write.

-ECs aren't amazing, but not bad (Job since age 15 (end of summer before soph. year), played guitar all 4 years, volunteer work at retirement home, Newspaper for 3 years, German Honors Society Vice President, Jr Executive Board Co-Treasurer (and hopefully again as a senior), Transition Project Peer Leader, Physical Education Peer Leader, and hopefully getting into NHS where I plan to hold leadership and be very involved.)

Can anyone let me know how realistic my choices are? I really am getting nervous because I feel I am borderline on a lot of these schools and don't want to end up rejected everywhere. Thanks!
