All the universities I know of require a standard curriculum to be provided. So how should I fill in that part? Also, is there anything else I should know regarding applying to university as a home schooler? Thanks in advance.

I suggest you repost this question on the parents forum. There you'll find parents who know the college application process inside and out .Hopefully someone can answer your questions

I would also suggest that you contact the schools. Many have specific advise for homeschoolers on their web sites about how to meet the requirements.

check out the homeschool forum.... there's a link from talk.collegeconfidential.com

Contact the universities. Most universities have a special person who deals with homeschoolers.

You should fill it out with passion and vigor!

Moving this to Home Schooling and College Forum.

People have been successful with various formats, from a detailed formal school-like curriculum (which the Common Application outlines), to reading lists sorted into subjects. In any case, there should be a page describing your educational philosophy and the reasons and advantages of home schooling for you.
Many college websites now have a page describing what they want from home schoolers.
As a general rule, state universities tend to be more bureaucratic and rule-based than private schools.
