How should ACT scores be reported?

Pomona requires that applicants "submit all ACT scores from all test dates." However, it does not specify how the ACT scores would be reported, does anyone know? For example, does it required to have official results from at least one test date reported directly from ACT, and the applicant must self-report all other available ACT results on the Pomona Common Application?

Unlike the College Board which will send complete test scores from all test dates to colleges, ACT charges a separate fee to report score results for any one test date. So I was wondering how Pomona would want the test scores reported.

From the admissions website:

ACT Scores
Pomona College requires that you submit all ACT scores from all test dates. Consistent with the ACT standards for acceptable use of ACT test scores, the admissions office will record the test date reflecting the highest composite score. We will consider all sittings and having all test scores from all dates permits the admissions deans further consideration of peak or higher sub-scores from other test dates as skill sets and performance are evaluated in our review process.

It will cost more but have the official scores sent, not self reported.
