Hello there, hope everyone is doing well. I am currently a rising sophomore at Clemson University and I was wondering how I could get into a place like MIT or Stanford for graduate school. I am currently a Mechanical Engineering Major but might change to Civil Engineering. What should I do to prepare for getting into graduate school at MIT or Stanford? I have good grades so far but will simply maintaining a 4.0 GPA get me into them? I hear you should do some sort of research? I would really appreciate if you guys could tell me what I should do to be able to get into MIT or Stanford for graduate school as an Engineer. Thanks. :)
