As the instructions state, download collegeboard's International Financial Aid Application and the International Certification of Finances, fill both out and send them to Princeton.

Here's what they say:

To begin your application, you have two options:

First, you can click "Skip" to go directly to the PFAA and provide all of the information needed to apply for aid.
You are not required to complete the College Scholarship Service (CSS) PROFILE for Princeton. Even if you did file a PROFILE, you can submit your Princeton application without using your CSS ID number. Early Decision applicants must use this option since PROFILE data is not available before November 1.

Note to Canadian and other international applicants: You may be asked to complete an International Student Financial Aid Application by other colleges. The PFAA replaces that form.

I think you can skip the CSS ID.

waiiiiiit a sec.... who should i believe ? lol

should i send the Cert + ISFAA (where does it say i have to send those k_twin?)

"Note to Canadian and other international applicants: You may be asked to complete an International Student Financial Aid Application by other colleges. The PFAA replaces that form." So does that mean i JUST send the PFAA or PFAA + Cert? i dunno

Ah, I'm sorry, I didn't read that page, I was going by an older instruction I saw earlier, please ignore my earlier post, apologies...

Im also international and apply ED (got in and got aid), here's all I did: filled out PFAA online and sent in my parents' proof of income (in my case, a letter from the Embassy). That's it.
