<p>Thanks for your generously, folks! I had the very worst of horrible no-good very bad days today – got a present from the city, a bright yellow Denver Boot on my car. Had to scramble to keep it from getting towed and stored for $100/day and got stuck paying hundreds of dollars for tickets I had never even seen dating back 5-7 years. I half suspect these tickets are made up to cover the city’s budget shortfall. What a racket! :(</p>
<p>Oh, Lorem-how aggravating! Where we live, cameras are now being used and tickets arrive in the mail a few weeks after supposed offenses. No chance to defend oneself, no actions taken in context. DD paid off a bunch of parking tickets for DC today but not all. When I warned her she might be booted, she in all her young adult wisdom said they earn more revenues by giving her tickets than booking her. LOL. Anyhow, sorry you had to deal. Here’s to a new year full of fun, frolic, no yellow boots and MANY GREEN SQUARES!!! ;)</p>
