<p>Brown sent an e-mail with a login name and a password that you have to change. The login name will be a combination of your initials and last name. The e-mail also had a link to the page where decisions will be posted and the time when you can begin checking. <li>I typed my Username and password and cannot connect to the site, what should I do?</li>

<p>Make sure you are using the Username and password that is on the Data Confirmation Letter mailed to your home by the College Admission Office. Remember, your UserID and password are case sensitive, and must be entered exactly as shown on the form. If you did not receive this letter, please contact the CIS Help Desk at 401-863-4357. See FAQ #2 for more suggestions. </p>

<p>Make sure your internet browser is up-to-date. Minimum recommendations are Netscape version 6.2 and above or Internet Explorer 5.2 and above. If you continue to have problems, contact the CIS Help Desk at 401-863-4357 (HELP). <p>This is the incorrect ID to check your decision. The username and password you want to use is the one that was on the Data Confirmation Letter that the College Admission Office mailed to your home address. <p>Due to security and privacy concerns, our office cannot email you this information. Please contact us at 401-863-4357 to verify information and we will provide you with your UserID and a new password. </p>

<p>Due to Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) our office can only release this information to the applicant. </p>
