how to apply to FIT (Fashion Institute of Technology)

<p>i was going to post this in the FIT folder, but since it's not active, i thought i might chance here.</p>

<p>well, ive been wanting to go to FIT for a long time, but now i saw their website, and it's a bit confusing...because it's not the same as other 'normal' (by this i mean, FIT is a fashion/art school so yea...), so the application procedure is a bit different.</p>

<p>had anyone applied to FIT that can help me out?
Like, what do we supply when we apply?
what are the essay topics?

<p>i'm not completely sure, but I've taken classes at FIT and I know you need to submit a portfolio and if you're applying for fashion design you need to submit a "home test" </p>
