how to calculate GPA for current bruin

<p>I'm a current UCLA student and I was just wondering what the point system is for grades. I know the usual A=4, B=3, but what about minuses and pluses? </p>

<p>there's a GPA calculator on the left side of my.ucla.edu
but basically, a plus adds 0.3 while a minus subtracts 0.3
'cept for A+ which is still 4.0</p>

<p>yea its really sad. an a+ in a 5 unit class should be hlepful except its not</p>

<p>I've used the GPA calculator before, but I wanted to figure out future potential GPA's. Because I enjoy wasting my time. =)</p>
