Hey everyone, I sent my official and final high school transcripts to UCSD about two weeks ago. I was wondering if there was a way to check online if they have been received? I've scoured both TritonLink and MyApplication to no avail, all I can find is a checklist for test scores and how to send in your transcripts, but nothing verifying that they have received them. Should I just call the registrar's office?

In MyApplication, open the “Send Your Official Transcripts” section. At the bottom of that section, you should see a line that says “The following transcripts have been received:” followed by bullet points for each transcript they’ve received. I remember it did take awhile (maybe 1-2 weeks) after I sent the transcript before I saw this in MyApplication.

Oh hey it is there. Thanks a bunch! It was hiding in plaintext haha, I thought for sure it would be bolded or in a box or something.

If it doesn’t say “The following transcripts have been received” anywhere on my page, does that mean they haven’t received anything?

Either that, or that they just haven’t finished processing anything yet.

I am an international student who will be joining UCSD this fall. I have sent both my high school transcripts as well as my International Baccalaureate (IB) test scores from the respective schools/associations. However on myapplication.edu it does not show that my IB test scores have been received. I have called IBO, and they have verified that my test scores were sent to UCSD over a month ago. Not quite sure what to do cos when i called admissions theyre always busy and reject all calls. deadlines coming up too.

From my understanding, they don’t actually start verifying test scores until after the 15th and it can take as long as the 22nd for them to actually show up. It’s extremely inconvenient for us, but if you’ve done everything right and know for a fact that they were sent, I’d say you’re fine.
