how to do math section under time limit

Help! My final SAT is like 1 month away. my math is ok ok, but i am not able to complete due to lack of concentration after 2 section of math on time. (i do only 3 math sections at one go to practice math. 1 hour 10 mins) so how to pace myself?

please help. all views are welcome. real curious here.

Have you tried the pomodoro technique? I use it when I study. It’s basically 4 ( or more )intervals of 25 minutes, with 5 minute breaks in between. For concentration I usually have a coffee shop soundtrack in the background, so I feel like I’m at an actual coffee shop. I’m sorry if this didn’t help.
may ask, what is your math score? I’m taking the Oct. SAT and my May SAT score for math was 470… do you have any tips?

Hmm…what is this so called pomodoro technique, and why is it named after a tomato?

If you are just practicing math sections, I recommend that you do take a short (~5 min) break after every section or every other section.

Within each section, I usually just try to knock off the easy questions right off the back (at least when I took the SAT) so that I have more time for the medium and harder questions. I’ll admit, I did do a lot of math contests in HS, so scoring 800 on math wasn’t difficult, but it’s very easy to make a dumb mistake on the medium or harder questions. Usually most of my time was spent checking answers.
